I give permission for BetterBuyQuick to market my company in any traditional and non-traditional marketing methodologies using my logo, website, etc.
I understand that BetterBuyQuick will market my company and services at no charge once I have paid the $29 set-up fee. I agree to pay BetterBuyQuick a 15% referral fee based the revenue that is generated as a result of their marketing services. BetterBuyQuick agrees to give 2/3 of the money they collect to my client in the form of a rebate. This rebate will be given to my client as a "Thank You" for doing business with my company. The fee only applies to new sales that BetterBuyQuick brings to my company, any clients secured without the use of BetterBuyQuick services are not subject to this fee.
BetterBuyQuick will provide me with client information on any business they generate prior to me providing products or services - this is how I know what clients have been supplied through the BetterBuyQuick service.
When business is executed over time, as is the case with monthly premiums for services rendered, or in the case where regulations prohibit percentages of revenue generated (i.e., financial and investment institutions) I understand that BetterBuyQuick will charge a one-time $25 marketing fee in lieu of the 15% referral fee.
